Horizon CCTV uses SpecLab video analytics to read vehicle number plates at approved access points. When a plate matches the customer-managed authorization list, the system can send an approved command to a compatible barrier or gate controller.

Recognition performance depends on site conditions, camera specification, installation geometry and plate visibility. Access automation is implemented only for approved customer workflows.
